Identification and profile data (display name, username, email, avatar); in-app activity data (ratings, reviews, lists, messages, games); and usage preferences.

Primary purposes: operating the account, providing the social and game features, and moderating community content. Secondary purposes: improving the product through aggregated usage metrics; users may object to the latter.

To provide the service, data is processed by the following processors:

• TMDB — movie and series catalog
• Supabase — database, authentication and identity
• Vercel — application hosting
• Resend — transactional email delivery

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by writing to the contact below; requests are handled within the timeframes required by law.

Users may withdraw consent for the processing of their data at any time, through the contact below or by deleting their account.

Data is retained while the account is active. Users may delete their account and all their data from within the app at any time; deletion is total.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied to protect personal data.

Blooper requires a minimum age of 13 and is not directed to children under that age.

Changes to this Notice are communicated within the app.
