Terms of Use

Blooper is a social movie platform with game mechanics, operated by EFGOT Labs S.A.S. de C.V. (Mexico). Using Blooper constitutes acceptance of these Terms; if they are not accepted, the app must not be used.

A minimum age of 13 is required. Users agree to provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity carried out with their credentials, which they must keep secure.

Users are responsible for the content they post: reviews, lists, direct and group messages, and group names. Such content must comply with these Terms and the conduct rules.

The following conduct, among others, is prohibited:

• harassment of other users
• hate speech
• sexual content
• graphic violence
• spam or unsolicited advertising
• impersonation
• scraping or automated data extraction
• evading blocks or suspensions

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Any user may report content or users from within the app. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; possible actions include hiding the content or suspending the responsible account. To appeal a decision, users may write to the contact below.

Users may block other users from within the app. Blocking is bidirectional: it hides activity and profiles between both users and prevents them from being matched in one-on-one game modes.

Movie and series information comes from TMDB (The Movie Database). Blooper is not responsible for that catalog content.

Violating these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of the account. Users may delete their account and all their data from within the app at any time; deletion is total.

The service and these Terms may change. Changes are communicated within the app and, where applicable, acceptance is requested again before continuing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
